Well Inspections
Steve's Well Inspection Service has full time well inspection staff that will first make a visual inspection of the entire well system. This step is to make sure there are no areas that could be a potential problem down the road like rusted fittings that could leak. Then our inspection staff will check the pressure switch condition, bladder tank, pump, well head location, and well cap to ensure the well meets all required flow requirements and codes.

If problems with your well system are found, you will be given an estimate for repairs needed.
This is important, especially if you are purchasing a home because you want to make sure you are not inheriting someone else's problem.

Well Installations
Steve's Inspections Service is owned and operated by Tatay Pump Services. Tatay Pump Services has installed thousands of wells and pumps over the last 45 years, has two full time service crews, and carries most pumps and tanks on our service trucks. We'll often fix your well issue on the first trip to your home. We also handle pulling the well permit for you and installing a complete new well system for you.

Well Chlorination
In order to maintain a well, The Department of Public Health recommends that well owners chlorinate their wells once a year. Below is a limited list of the many benefits of chlorinating water wells:

Kills microorganisms responsible for such diseases as dysentery, cholera, gastroenteritis, and typhoid fever
Prevents growth of the two main types of bacteria: E. Coli and Fecal Coliform
